I Did Not Do The Line Art! I am currently searching to see if I can find it to give credit to the rightful owner of the lines, but I specifically remember it being free lines.

Anyway, I added the blinky-ness to it, and the color and the smile. If you see anything I could work on that isn't totally obvious, please tell me.
